There is no age in the metaverse, no velvet ropes prohibiting "Olds" (*over 30!) from entering the digital frontier, so why are they being excluded from the tech building table today? Let's open the conversation to better understand (1) how to support more "Olds" moving into the tech industry and (2) how to support those currently in the tech industry to use a bit more imagination in attracting and retaining "Old" talent.
